The Commonwealth Seminar is excited to partner with the Massachusetts Asian American Commission to host a "virtual" Day of Service on Tuesday, Nov 17th!

 

We will be volunteering with Letters to Strangers (L2S) - a global youth-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit seeking to destigmatize mental illness and increase access to affordable, quality treatment for youth aged 13 to 24. 

 

Learn how to volunteer below!

- Step 1: sign up via https://www.letterstostrangers.org/submit-letter & read the sample letters and letter prompts to get inspiration for your own letter.
- Step 2: reflect and carefully craft your words before digitally submitting your letter.
- Step 3: Once your letter is approved by a moderator, a stranger will anonymously receive your letter, and you'll digitally receive one yourself too!

 

We are also asking our Seminar Family to share mental health and self-care tips so we can share it on our social media!
